Inbox and notifications
Inbox collects everything that needs you across all your Agents on the current network: firing alerts, operations that need a decision, and Agent updates.
What appears
Section titled “What appears”- Alerts that are firing now.
- Needs you: an operation that failed or whose result is unclear, a snapshot job that didn’t finish, or an upgrade to recover.
- Updates: a new certified release for one of your Agents.
Each row has one action, such as Open alert or Review update, that takes you straight to the right place. Opening an item never resolves it; the item leaves Inbox when the problem is gone.
Browser notifications
Section titled “Browser notifications”Choose Notification settings in Inbox to get a browser notification for new alerts, operations that need you, or updates, while icLens is open in a tab. Use Test notification to check your browser and device settings. You can also turn on a short sound for new alerts.
Browser notifications stop when you close icLens. For alerts that reach you anywhere, set up Slack or webhooks: they come straight from your Agent.
