Two balances
Section titled “Two balances”The Agent’s Own cycles pay for its work: Monitor, storage, checks. The Reserve pays for automatic top-ups of your canisters. Either can run low while the other is fine. Cycles, runway and the Reserve.
When an action is unavailable
Section titled “When an action is unavailable”An Agent action can be unavailable even when the Agent is running. icLens always says why:

| The Agent doesn’t answer, or is on another network | Check the canister ID and network. |
| The Agent needs an update for this feature | Open Release and updates. |
| An update is being verified | Finish it in Release and updates. |
| Your role doesn’t allow it | Ask an Admin. People and roles. |
| The Agent has no access to the canister | Give it access in Settings and access. |
A blocked action is never retried through another Agent, and never quietly run as you instead.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- Viewing an Agent’s workspace doesn’t make it run your operations. Run as in each review decides. Workspaces and Run as.
- A read-only member sees Who can change this? instead of admin actions.
